Our Customer Support and Help Desk is the first line of defense for your authorized super-users! Our Customer Support and Help Desk representatives are comprised of highly qualified product specialists educated in the field of information technology and experienced in airline operations. They have the skills to respond to customer inquiries and have been trained to troubleshoot complex problems or challenges and to reproduce the problems in our debugging environment.

Our rigorous process and validation mechanisms have ensured that knowledge acquired during the customization and implementation phases is transferred from our implementation teams to our Customer Support and Help Desk Team.

With direct access to the development team, Customer Support and Help Desk staff participate in the definition of new features and gain a solid understanding of the software - allowing them to provide customer inquiry resolution within the shortest time possible. Every call is logged into our common database of issues in order to: 1) provide a reference number for future follow up, 2) generate statistics to measure and improve performance, and 3) to keep adding volume to our growing knowledge-based tracking system.

Customer Support Management offers a variety of services such as regularly scheduled deliveries, site visits and conference calls in order to address issues, actions, and to review key performance indicators. Customer Support Management can also respond to customer inquiries pertaining to scope changes and provide version enhancements that ensure product and technological evolution.

In addition to the Montreal office support team, we also offer support services at our Australian branch for customers in that region - making sure that customers receive top-quality support, regardless of location.
